Nothing says its Tuesday like a fantastic and bad to the bone mix from the one and only Life Support Machine!!!

After scoring one of the biggest club crossover hits of all time with the classic "Loneliness" in 2002, and creating one of the most popular and acclaimed electronic labels in the world: Great Stuff Recordings (signing huge talents like Lutzenkirchen, Coburn (Tim Healey), Oliver Koletzki, The Egg and Ramon Tapia), Tomcraft returns with the 1st single ahead of his new album: “TOMCRAFT – 20 YEARS" on Kosmo Records.

Absolutely a fantastic vocalist, Sam Obernik from London who has worked with, Tim Deluxe, Pete Tong, Paul Harris, Tomcraft and Alex Gaudino refines the brand new Tomcraft Single "THE NOYZ" with her unique voice.

Additionally you will enjoy a funky guitar lick which is working in tight unison with Tomcraft's typical heavy basslines, and two further remixes make the release even more exciting. Lissat & Voltaxx are in perfect shape and deliver 100% up to date Tech House. The Munich-based duo Aint & Fish carries the song with their Progressive House mix to a completely different level again.

Tim Healey directed the video in Brighton and the Santa Muerte face painting was by world famous landscape artist Andrew Gifford, whose latest exhibition is on now at the John Martin gallery, London!

The Kick It 12 w/ Tomcraft

1. – At what age did you first find yourself gravitating towards electronic music and who were some of the artists outside of Electronic music that influenced that?

Tom - At 16 I kind of slid into the Munich techno scene, which was just starting to flourish at the time. I was fully integrated after about 6 months and did my first gigs in clubs like Pulverturm, Nachtwerk and Parkcafe. In the 80s I was heavily influenced by Dépêche Mode, the Beastie Boys (R.I.P. MCA) and underground hip hop like NWA.

2. – What was your very first Album? How about CD?

Tom - I was 6 when I bought my first record – Europe “The Final Countdown” – CDs weren't around yet then :-)

3. – How did you first get involved with the Electronic music culture and what was the first event that you attended?

Tom - At 16 my stomping ground was Munich and Frankfurt. Key events and clubs were without doubt the Omen in Frankfurt with Sven Väth and Mark Spoon. In Munich it was “Technomania” in the Parkcafé with DJs like Dave Clarke, Carl Cox, Jeff Mills, etc..

4. – Where was your favorite gig that you have had to date?

Tom - The Loveparde in Berlin in 2003. I played in front of 1.3 million people there. That was unforgettable!!

5. - Who have you been most proud to play alongside?

Tom - The idols of my youth, the Beastie Boys, at the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan.

6. - Where would you most like to play that you have not yet?

Tom - I'd love to play at the Creamfields Festival. Sadly that hasn't happened yet…

7. - What is your favorite tune you have released?

Tom - Apart from “loneliness”, my next release together with Sister Bliss “supersonic”

8. - Who is your favorite EDM artist? How about outside of EDM?

Tom - First and foremost Tim Healey. I've had some releases with him already and he is one of the most versatile artists I know. Phunk Investigation are rocking out one monster track after the other right now. Justice were great at their Munich concert and I'm a big fan of Oliver Huntemann.
Outside of dance music I'm pretty eclectic. Beastie Boys, Dépêche Mode, Coldplay, Radiohead, the X, Chase & Status, Kasabian… the list goes on and on.

9. - Who are some artists you would like to collaborate with in the future?

Tom - First and foremost the Beastie Boys, but since Adam Yauch died we don't know how their future looks. The X would be amazing. I love crossover collabs!

10. - What is your preferred software for producing? Hardware?

Tom - Eniac and I work with Cubase, sometimes with Ableton Live. We're mad about hardware. There's nothing more real and sexy than turning real dials. The sound is just unbeatable! Alongside a whole bunch of old synthies we also have a big Soundcraft mixing console and various mastering outboards.

11. - What life lessons has the music industry taught you?

Tom - Follow your destiny and stay true to yourself!

12. – What does the future hold for Tom Craft?

Tom - My Tomcraft 20 year anniversary album is coming out this year. It has old titles like loneliness, overdose silence and prosac on it wearing their new 2012 clothes, and new ones in the form of an artist album. We've been working on that like mad for months and we're having loads of fun with it. It's a major project.

And I'm touring …Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Asia and Europe.

Free Track & Mix - Johnny Wore Black - Up In Flames

Johnny Wore Black features a dynamic line up of musical collaborators and "Up In Flames" sees the continued involvement of rock royalty David Ellefson of Megadeath on bass guitar, lending his signature rock bass skills to the song’s powerful sound.

Johnny Wore Black says “This is the next installment in our story. Having seen how well received  "All The Rage" was, and still is, it’s been an exciting time in making sure "Up In Flames" has a similar impact and I’m thrilled that David agreed once again to play on the new single”.
